Carlingford Glamping Hut

Such a beautiful place. John looks after it so well

Nothing to dislike. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then this is definitely the place for you.

Location was great

Power was out for 2 hours and phone calls and texts were not responded too.

John is a great host, the hut had everything i needed and was so quiet and peaceful. The only noises were bird song, waves and the stream. I brought my two dogs, who loved the garden and the beach which was 2 minutes away and we had some lovely walks there. The hut had great wifi and had Netflix and Amazon Prime. Will definitely be back again.

The location was superb, very peaceful and 5 minute walk to the beach. John the owner was very knowledgeable about the local area with a few very interesting historical facts. He was also very obliging and gave us a couple of lifts into town would highly recommend.

If you don't mind the lack of hot water and the inability to take a shower or wash it's fine

It’s a beautiful location and John the host was super accommodating and helpful!

Jhon was a lovely host, met us on the property gave a little tour, gave recommendations for food/walks/places to go near by, Was very kind in setting the fire for us and providing the starters and anything we may need extra. The hut itself was honesty such a delight to stay in, you had your own tv, microwave,cooking utensils (for the grill outside) kettle, hot water for a shower and a heater for in the evenings. So much for a cabin hut couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
