The apartment is quiet and clean. Excellent connections to the airport train and bus.The hostess is very friendly and helpful!

Exceptionally clean and well presented apartment. Chiara was a first class host, very helpful and informative in person and by WhatsApp. The apartment was well catered for with refreshments and ample toiletries, everything for your stay. 5 minute walk from train/bus station. Would highly recommend

The host was very helpful and polite. The check-in went smoothly and the checkout is problem free. I like the espresso machine that was available on premise. The logistics is also good. You can quickly and easily reach the train station, the public transportation hub and the airport shuttle bus.

There is nothing negative about the accommodation process or the property itself. For a few hours there was some noise coming from the neighbors kids, but this is out of the control of the host.

Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Lovely shower! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life below. Great location for train and bus stations and short walk to all major attractions. Excellent communication with very friendly and helpful host.

Nothing not to like

Good location close to the train station and Ballaro market, it’s quiet, there’s air conditioning. Also Chiara left us a bottle pf prosecco and was there for any questions. Overall a positive experience.

Beautiful new apartment, the host is very friendly and gave us lots of tips about what to see, public transport, beaches, etc. There were cold beers waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived

The neighborhood is a little shady but it is very close to the city center and central train station. Also the apartment is on the second floor with narrow stairs so it was a little difficult with the stroller, but I managed to carry it in and out every day

The flat was very clean, modern decorated and easy to reach via the central or bus station. It's 15min to the city centre by walk. There are many cafés around the area too. Chiara is a very kind and hospitable person and easy to reach by phone. I would definitely stay here again once back in Palermo.
