"Would definitely come back if I’m visiting this part of Italy/Florence."

Host was excellent. The place was a short walk to the train station and grocery store. There were plenty of snacks provided as well which made the stay very enjoyable for me.

Would’ve loved a washing machine/dryer, but there’s a laundromat nearby. Alternatively, you can hand wash and dry with the rack provided.

"Great location and wonderful host."

Great location if you want to visit Florence. Trains run around every half an hour. But beside the fact we wanted to use it as a base for visiting Florence Pontassieve was also a great discovery and it is very worth spending a day over there. Hosts are great, they are very helpful with tips and advices.

It wasn't so easy to unlock the street entrance door, so just be sure you make sure you learn well to unlock it since it's not easier after a couple of glasses of wine.

"Our deal was to visit Florence and Pisa therefore this place was 20 minute train ride away!"

Amazing host! She gave us all details needed to enjoy our trip and make it easier…train…restos etc

We would have needed more towels…the town has nothing interesting to see
