Dream Palace

Proche de la gare 10-15 min à pied, d une supérette, d une pizzeria. Plage à 25 min à pied. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Hôte très accessible. Petite terrasse qui donne sur la rue. Petite attention : Café et pain au chocolat 🤩

Pas de serviette ou essui cuisine. Ce n est pas le plus important mais un plus pour la petite vaisselle présente.

The highlight of the vacation at Dream Palace was Francesco. Probably the best host I've met so far. He waited for us, helped us with a lot of recommendations on Google Maps for different places around Dream Palace, tips & tricks that were extremely useful. The place was extremely clean, really good amenities and, the most important aspect, we felt right at home. It's also very close to Bari Centrale station, which helped a lot to move around the city of Bari and places like Alberobello/Locorotondo (the bus station is ~200m further to the left of Bari Centrale train station, for future reference) or Polignano/Monopoli. It's quite close, but more quiet, to the old city (~15-20 min walk) and Francesco taught us all the ways of getting into the old city, which was very helpful. Whenever we'll come back to Bari, this is where we'll stay.

It's more of a preference, rather than truly 'didn't like'. Although we had enough pillows, they weren't to what we were used to (although it's clear that some people will like them. And the mattress, while being very soft, was not necessarily to my taste. Although this, we managed to properly rest at night without any problems. I can't stress this enough: it's a matter of taste, not an actual negative of the place.

Localization - close to shops, bus/train station and 15 minutes walk from old town. Very helpful landlord - very nice and friendly. Provided us a lot of information about city and surroundings (restaurants, places/cities to visit) Quick check in/check out. Well equipped apartment - all you need for meals preparation.

Sometimes a bit noisy at the mornings (cleaning services in other apartments or people going in/out through building main entrance) but if you usually wake up around 9am - NO PROBLEM. We prefer 10am-11am.

Nádherný byt. Francesco byl velmi milý, poradil se vším, co jsme potřebovali. Předem nám poslal informace, kde je obchod, restaurace, nejlepší výlety... Naprosto skvělé !

Przemiły właściciel i bardzo pomocny, bezproblemowy kontakt na WhatsApp. Mieszkanko czyste, wyposażone w czajnik, mikrofalówkę i toster. Łazienka również dobrze wyposażona w nowe sprzęty. Dobra lokalizacja do dworca kolejowego, dookoła piekarnie, kawiarnie i dobrze zaopatrzony sklep, jednak czynny dopiero od 8😉

We loved meeting Francesco and his family. They made the stay very easy and were hugely accommodating. Great correspondents and information off them regarding our stay.

No dislikes, just the mattress was too firm. (which is just personal preference) Also we would have preferred not to have the smoking room adjoining our apartment.
