The location, views, the rooms are big and clean, swimming pool was very good and clean.

the rooms could use more decorations, they are big and empty.

The room and bathroom were spacious, quite nice. it was nice to. Chill on the terrace despite quite a few neighbours nearby. The relax by the pool was awesome. The sun beds are few and hard, but still great as there were not many ppl using them anyway.

More information upon arrival about the services the hotel would be beneficial for both parties. You can have a breakfast, dinner, rent a canoe and perhaps other things. We would have used some of it if we had time to plan it ahead. The pool got a bit dirty, but nothing too dramatic.

Location is a little bit remote and far from everything but unless you need but other than that absolutely stunning

Visiting this hotel, you will never want to grow up in Thailand again. It is located in a hole, and any taxi driver will take at least 500 baht from here to leave. There are no shops and restaurants around. Check in until 19 hours, but already in 18.50 us no one waited, nor one employee not was on site. We were expelled to wait for us to be put in a dirty not cleaned room with mold and insects. And then 10'minut found out where we live when I half a dozen toilet paper on the front desk. She had no room. It's the worst place that can be found and a good way to spoil your vacation.

Nice surroundings if you have a motorbike or bike to explore, otherwise nothing by foot close by. You can order something to eat there but better to be flexible to grab something outside.

Could be a bit more clean the whole, specially around the pool where the dogs are hanging around doing their things. The dogs are nice and quite but still they do it everywhere.

Place is affordable and fairly clean.

When we arrived I had to look for someone to check me in, the staff did not speak any English and looked confused that I should be there, our room had to be cleaned when we waited outside, it took 40 mins to get across what we wanted to order for food using Google translate, we then waited 2 hours and it was wrong, then the worst part of the stay was the beds, they was like sleeping on stone, they was soo hard, the rooms are reasonably priced but if you don't sleep then what's the point in staying?

- The view of the surrounding nature - Enough space in the bungalows with basic facilities - Pool table is nice - if all would be managed better, I think it would be a perfect spot - room size is good, shower worked fine

- english communication with staff was difficult, there is no direct reception, you need to look for the staff. They are kind, but it seems like some sort of hotel manager is missing in this place - Pool, Bungalows and Restaurant were dirty - Street dogs are well behaved but make a lot of noice during the night - beds are hard like stone

The place is beautiful just like the pictures, lovely big clean rooms. Huge bathroom. However it is not a resort and I urge potential guests to read all reviews in full before attending, so as not to make the same mistake.

I wanted to be able to say nice things about this place, because the local staff we met were very kind, friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. And because the other bad reviews makes is seem worse than it is. It really is beautiful and tranquil, but that's about it. As the other reviews state, there is limited information on just about everything. The most notable being food. Hopefully the owner/manager takes on this constructive feedback, as previous similar negative review responses on Google seem to be met with defensiveness. For context - we were not given any information on arrival, just shown to our bungalow (which wasn't yet cleaned). There was no water in the room (maybe as a result of the rushed clean, but we had to request this, and no new water was given each day). In addition the communal area/bar(?) seemed unfinished and not up and running, with an unstocked bar and no staff in site. Staff are hard to find, but when we did manage to ask about dinner, it became clear this was room service(?), although the lady we asked could not seem to provide a menu. It would really benefit this accommodation to provide the following: - an information booklet in the rooms, with information on the accommodation such as food situation (opening times, how to order, pay, a menu etc.); - information on things to do and facilities of the accommodation (for example we were told on our third day that there were bicycles available to hire, this is not clear unless told verbally) - information on getting around without your own transport (for example, grab does come here, but only if you pre-book. The staff will help with transport if in need) - info booklets for tours in the area (as there is really nothing else to do unless you have access to a vehicle) It's frustrating to see a place like this with such high potential, let itself down so easily.
