DEAn der Unterkunft hat mir überhaupt nichts gefallen. Angefangen vom Check in bis hin zum Anruf mit Personal alles sehr unfreundlich und schwer zugänglich.
Das Zimmer war extrem laut, Fußboden schmutzig. Staub auf Tische und Einrichtung. Das Bad sehr klein. Waschbecken extrem klein. Wasser wurde gefüllt nach 10 Minuten erst warm. Die Bodenleisten waren beschädigt und hatten „Schimmel“ Die Lage nicht gut. Sehr laute Verkehrsstraße und trotzdem 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Fußgänger Zone. Alles in allem auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Preis Leistung sehr schlecht. Für das Geld bekommt man in Porto viel bessere Unterkünfte. Mir wurden andere Bilder eines Zimmers gezeigt und das Zimmer war ein komplett anderes. Das ist unverschämt mit falschen Bildern Gäste anzulocken und dann ein runtergekommenes Zimmer zu bekommen. Auf das Problem angesprochen wurde mir nur gesagt „sorry we can‘t do anything for you“

ESNada, edificio en ruinas ,suelo roto ventana de baño rotano envajaba con la descripcion,faltaba una mesa y sofa cama ,una literas para adultos que no soportan el peso de cualquier adulto ,que seguramente no son cómodas para dormir.nunva he visto una habitación asi en todo lo que he viajado

BRESLa ubicación es muy buena y la limpieza también. La habitación tiene una terracita que da mucha luminosidad y hace más acogedora la habitación.
Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, pero lo arreglaron al día siguiente.
ITThe location was really good, with a pleasant walk to the city center. The area itself is also nice and quiet. The room is very spacious and comfortable; I didn't need any other amenities.
There was no hot water. I texted the staff, who instructed me to leave the water running for a bit, as the water heat pump is located outside the building and takes a while to reach the room. Unfortunately, it still did not work. A little more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated.
