The pool was nice for the kids

We had to leave early and check in to another accommodation. It was awful. How this place has good reviews I do not know! The bathroom ceiling fell down! Which smashed the toilet, the owner never came to fix the toilet, the bed was so hard you'd be better sleeping on the concrete floor. The kitchen tap was hanging on by a thread. The apartment block was so noisy we hardly slept. Then there were cockroaches. We had to wait hours to check in and there is nothing near by, we arrived at 10am he said 3pm we arrive at 3pm and the cleaner still hadn't arrived, so was after 4pm by the time we checked in. It was just utterly horrible the whole experience and ruined our bucket list holiday to Marrakech. Extremely disappointed.
