The location is great

1. 入住很方便，房东提前会发邮件，发送护照信息后就可以获得电子密码，进出简单易懂很方便，门口还有自己的停车位，很适合自驾的人。 2. 房屋打理的很干净舒适，牙刷毛巾等准备的也很齐全，床和榻榻米会根据入住人数提前铺好+放置好电热毯，入住前给我们把空调都开好了，很贴心。我们临时多加了一个人，一晚会追加2000日币，会有人过来专门帮忙铺设新增的榻榻米。 3. 地理位置还不错，基本步行10分钟左右就会到最热闹的四条商圈区域。房子的斜对面就有一个便利店非常方便。 4. 厨房区域的准备很齐全，需要做饭的人只需要自己买上食材和调料即可。

并不是不满意，只是临近街边的一户建，难免晚上有车经过是会有点吵，建议睡眠浅的人可以准备耳塞 浴室内的暖气打开好像并不管用，但是好在浴室外还准备了一个小的取暖机，打开后就不会很冷 楼梯确实比较陡窄，会有很明显的注意标识，但个子高的人还是要自己多小心一些

地理位置优越，对面有全家，可以步行去四条河河原町！

设施齐全

Great place to stay and explore Kyoto from, lots of room for our family of five and especially helpful having a separate toilet upstairs. Everything we needed was there including a washing machine for mid-holiday wash.

A bigger bin would be helpful for us tourists!

Traditional Japanese house not lacking a thing for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room. And separate bedrooms for much needed privacy) Plenty of places to eat around the house, 25 minutes walk to Kyoto station or Nijo castle.

It’s a traditional house, so the space in between the rooms is basically in the open air, it can be quiet cold going from one room to another. But it didn’t bother us. The rooms themselves were very warm.

Really nice property tucked away but close enough to walk to the station or walk to get around.

Only negative is the stairs to the 2nd floor (1st floor if your British) were steep and you had to mind your head - I think we all bumped our head at least once during the stay.
