Villa aquila

Villa Aquila is exact wat je te zien krijgt op de foto's. Heerlijk rustig en rustiek, met een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. De appartementen zijn voorzien van alle moderne gemakken en luxe. En tot slot ook nog een hele aardige mensen om je heen. Een absolute aanrader!

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la tranquillità del posto, immerso tra le colline e con una vista bellissima. Appartamento dotato di tutto e super pulito. Volevamo fare un super complimento ai proprietari che sono stati super accoglienti, premurosi e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Un grazie speciale a Plotin per la sua gentilezza! consiglio assolutamente!

Non c e una cosa che non ci sia piaciuta. Struttura curata, appartamento pulito con tutto il necessario. Giardino con piscina fantastica. Non per ultimo proprietari di un altra categoria. Cordialità, sorriso, saluto e chiacchere. Super consigliato.

Tutto perfetto

Un pezzettino di paradiso in Terra! L'alloggio ampio (predisposto anche per persone con disabilità) e accogliente che si affaccia su un prato curatissimo e pieno di fiori da cui accedi alla bellissima piscina a sfioro per poi dormicchiare sotto il maestoso noce o godersi un dantastico tramonto. Tutto molto bello. La famiglia di Plotim (gli host) sono sempre disponibili e gentili, e mai invadenti. Da Villa Aquila abbiamo girato comodamente tutta l'Umbria. Consigliatissimo!

Niente

Het zwembad is erg mooi ! Appartement met 2 slaapkamers is ruim. Toch geen voldoende door airco die te weinig capaciteit heeft ( zie verderop) en het niet eerlijk communiceren daarover.

Er staat dat er airconditioning is. Op de foto’s bij het app met 2 slp kamers is niet goed te zien of er ook in elke slaapkamer airco is. Ik heb daar gelijk na boeking via de booking app een bericht over gestuurd naar de eigenaar. Kreeg de reactie dat er in de woonkamer en in elke slaapkamer airco zou zijn. Dit bleek niet zo te zijn. Er is een airco in de woonkamer en 1 in de hal tussen de badkamer en de 2 slaapkamers in (zie foto’s). Deze moet om “de hoek heen” koelen en heeft bovendien te weinig capaciteit voor de ruimtes. Na 4 dagen 24 uur per dag aangestaan te hebben (ingesteld op 17gr), was de temperatuur gezakt naar 24 gr in de huiskamer en 25 en 26 gr in de slaapkamers. Bij aankomst hebben we gelijk gemeld dat het niet klopte, schoonzoon zei dat het voldoende zou koelen, dus dan ga je het toch eerst proberen. Later nogmaals gemeld, weer de schoonzoon gesproken. De eigenaar liet zich niet zien. Het is voor ons een belangrijke faciliteit (ivm migraine), werd nu elke dag met hoofdpijn wakker. Hou er bovendien niet van om voorgelogen te worden. We hebben een rondreis gemaakt door Italië, dit was de enige accommodatie waar de airco niet voldeed. Helaas waren we hier het langst…

We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed for 10 days at Villa Aquila, and it was an absolutely perfect base for exploring Umbria and parts of Tuscany. The accommodation is fantastic! Everything looks brand new, is spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained. The air conditioning keeps the indoor climate wonderfully comfortable on hot days, and the infinity pool offers the perfect relaxation after wandering through both the famous and lesser-known beautiful towns of Italy. The location of the property is phenomenal! The view over the surrounding landscape never gets old. The villa is far enough from the village to provide the peace and quiet you’re looking for, yet close enough to shops and the motorway so you don’t have to spend an hour in the car just to get groceries. There are spacious, partly covered parking spaces, so your car stays cool and shaded from the afternoon sun. And then there are the owners—truly wonderful people. They give you complete privacy, yet are always ready to offer any support you might need. Exceptionally kind and welcoming! We highly recommend Villa Aquila
