I proprietari sono delle belle persone affabili e gentilissimi, ottima la pulizia e la vivibilità degli ambienti e del bel giardino che vanta nuna stupenda piscina a sfioro, dalla quale si gode di un bel paesaggio campestre. A 5 minuti dal lago Trasimeno ed in buona posizione di bellissime città e altre località turistiche della bella Umbria.

"Erholsame Tage in wunderschöner Anlage"

Wunderschöne neue Anlage mit großem Pool. Die Inhaber bewohnen selbst einen Teil des Hauses und stehen für Fragen und Hilfestellung gerne zur Verfügung. Unsere Wohnung (eine von fünf) war im ersten Stock. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, unter anderem mit Backrohr, Induktionskochfeld und sogar einem Tiefkühlschrank. Wir konnten den balkonartigen, überdachten Platz vor unserem Eingang sehr gut zum Frühstücken (mit schönem Blick auf die Landschaft) und zum Lesen im Schatten nützen. Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich, wir wurden gleich mit einer Flasche Wein willkommen geheißen. Sehr fein war auch die jederzeit zur Verfügung stehende Espressomaschine in der kleinen Outdoorküche mit Grillstation im Garten. Als Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien gibt es rund um den Pool Liegen und einen großen, gemeinsamen Esstisch auf der Terrasse. Pool und Garten mit Wiese sind sehr gepflegt und von dem Teil, der von der Inhaberfamilie und deren zwei freundlichen Hunden genützt wird, getrennt. Abends kamen uns die Katzen des Hauses auf der Terrasse besuchen. Der Lago Trasimeno, Perugia und Assisi sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen absolut angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tutto perfetto abbiamo trascorso una settimana da favola, struttura nuova, pulita, e accogliente. Staff sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Posizione perfetta, ad un passo dal lago Trasimeno e a pochi km da Perugia, Assisi ecc. Lo consiglio vivamente... Alla prossima.
