House Bojana

A magical experience at hous bojana. Let's start with the fact that what you see in the pictures does match reality and even more. The cabin is super clean, there is a cute kitchen on the ground floor, a living room, dining area and a fireplace that is used in winter. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, one has a bunk bed and a single bed and the other room has two single beds. There is a nice balcony, two swings and a barbecue. The owners of the cabin are super hospitable and happy to help. We stayed in the cabin for 4 nights, 5 people during August 2025. Nearby, a few hundred meters away, there is also a super Voli. A very nice new wooden house. Very clean. The landlady was very nice and brought us eggs from the chickens. There is air-conditioning, we used it for heating in August . The location is good at the outskirts of Zabljak. Which is nice and quite near the woods.and 5 min drive from black lake.

Maison très propre, bien équipée, bonne literie. Une hôte qui ne parle pas anglais mais qui arrive à se faire comprendre et qui vous gâte de petites attentions régulières.

Les aboiements de chien la nuit, même s’ils sont bien atténués avec les fenêtres fermées. Légèrement éloigné du centre de Zabljak (environ 3km) qui est un avantage niveau sonore mais qui oblige à prendre la voiture et à payer le parking au départ des randonnées ou bien pour faire ses courses.

Leuk en sfeervol houten huis in een rustige omgeving, net buiten het centrum van Zabljak. Het ligt achter de woning van de eigenaresse. Zij spreekt geen Engels, maar weet toch alles duidelijk uit te leggen bij aankomst. Je kijkt vanaf het huisje prachtig uit over de omgeving, die bosrijk is. Er is een kippenren met wat kippen en een haan. Wij ontvingen wat verse eitjes tijdens ons verblijf. Je kunt aan de achterzijde heerlijk zitten op een terras of relaxen op 2 schommels. Vanaf de accommodatie ben je zo in het centrum voor wat boodschappen of restaurants (5 minuten rijden) en het Zwarte Meer is ook niet ver (5 minuten rijden van het centrum).

Er zijn in de omgeving wat honden die 's nachts met elkaar communiceren door te blaffen.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind. We had a special situation, and they showed great understanding and flexibility—we truly appreciated their humane approach. The house is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything a family might need. It's just a 5-minute drive from Crno Jezero, making the location ideal for those with a car—close to nature and the town center, yet peaceful and away from the noise and crowds. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the serene view of the forest from the apartment’s veranda, the cows calmly grazing just a few dozen meters away (the hosts have a small farm, but there was absolutely no unpleasant smell), and the charming swings in the yard. Although the air conditioner is located only on the first floor, we didn’t need to use it—even with outdoor temperatures reaching 28–30°C. Overall, a wonderful experience that made us feel at home in the heart of nature.

The cabin is beautiful and cozy, with a lovely garden in a quiet neighborhood, far from traffic. The host is very welcoming, and everything is perfectly arranged, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped for a longer stay. Truly a wonderful place!
