Breakfast was satisfying and location was cool

Mosquito net wasn't available, thus mosquitoes bite. Weak WiFi connections.

There was a lift in the building that eased going up and down. The security at the front gate was also rather serious. They did not want to let us out after checkout.

First, they wanted 2 times more money than the booking said. It was a surprise for the staff that you can book via booking.com and the price is fixed. Then we moved to the room and they said that a new room is given to us. So we moved to the A/C room. Then they asked if we liked the room and if so we needed to pay 40% more per room. We refused and they moved us again to another room where there was only a fan in the ceiling. The rooms were very small and hot with absolutely no view. The pool table in the lobby could have been free but instead, it cost 40 shillings per game. The restaurant did not have any breakfast ready even if they promised to make that the evening before. No beer also available

Very good location in town Best hotel you can find in town with a low price and a good location. A phone in the room to call for different service the hotel can provide. Security 24/7 Whenever you come back ( even at night) the security open the door for you without any delay

The staff don't smile in every situation They don't provide the Wi-Fi password until you ask for it. No hot water to shower No air conditioner but Fan ( a least)

The hotel location: being close to most of the famous touristic sites, big open market, and the city center, it was convenient to move around. The room was spacious and the ceiling fan was a welcome cooling device! Housekeeping was top-notch. Also, being Christmas season, I loved the Christmas lighting in the lobby and outside the hotel. In addition, the Swahili doors that are used in the rooms add some flavor to the Swahili experience:)

The staff at restaurant and reception were not too friendly...very difficult to inquire about stuff from them:( Would help if, particularly the reception staff, can share information about touristic sites, without expecting payback.
