Am primit un suite in locul camerei duble si cu ocazia aceasta va si multumesc, asadar a fost totul wow. Restaurantele bune, zona foarte frumoasa, totul foarte bine planificat. Micul dejun excelent.

Am avut totusi neplacerea de a fi vecini cu un eveniment privat organizat in cadrul complexului care a durat pana la 01:30 timp in care nu am putut dormi din cauza muzicii (in special a bass-ului). Recomandarea noastra pentru administratie este sa faca ceva sa reduca poluarea fonica (extra izolatie fonica, etc) sau sa evite macar a mai caza (in special familii cu copii mici) in vecinatatea acestui loc atunci cand sunt evenimente private. Facilitatile de spa (zona pentru copii) ar fi putut fi facuta mai interactiva (ma refer la instalatii) plus niste tobogane, etc.

Sefa de sala de la restaurantul hotelului Grand ne-a adus meniuri in limba engleza pe motiv ca nu mai sunt in romana iar comanda a refuzat sa ni se ia întrucât avea o alta masa alăturata cu mai mulți clienți, aceasta având prioritate in opinia dânsei.
