Veoma ljubazan i susretljiv domaćin. Apartman je dobro opremljen, čist i uredan, u mirnom dijelu naselja. Ima sve neophodne uređaje, ali i sitnice koje mnogo znače. Besplatan parking unutar naselja mnogo znači ukoliko dolazite automobilom. Blizina ZOO vrta za porodice sa djecom je dobitna kombinacija.
