Villa Merlin

The villa seemed fine at first glance – spacious and aesthetically pleasing – but reality quickly shattered the initial impression. The pool turned out to be much smaller than in the photos, which was disappointing. However, the biggest downside was the service. The manager was absent, leaving numerous issues unattended. For the first two days, we had no hot water, and the water pressure in the taps and shower was so low that it was practically unusable. It took multiple complaints to get anyone to address the problem, and the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and commitment. The situation reached a new low when an external technician, who came to fix the water, left the villa keys in the door. We returned to find the villa unlocked, which left us feeling extremely unsafe. There was no response or acknowledgment from customer service regarding this incident. I cannot recommend this place – it failed on every level.

A very cute place to stay, so quiet and peaceful. The roof top is a nice spot to watch the sunset.

The cutest Villa with everything you need and a rooftop deck. The pool area is private and looks out to rice fields. Our house keeper Juni kept our Villa beautiful and organised laundry and scooter hire for us.

Check in was a little tricky, the Villa really needs some signage to help drivers. Note: The Villa is in Cemagi, a little out Canggu

Blissful, quiet, easy access and graet quiet location.

Electricity issues, but were rectified quickly. Was the whole area so cannot blame the villa. Didn't like that we had to leave and return home, as this was perfect!
