"Great place, Hidden (and high) Charges"

Very nice apartment, modern, great view, nice neighborhood. Very comfortable. Agent, Serena, was very accessible and helpful.

The costs were far less than transparent and ended up costing more than 50% more than the posted price! Yikes! Cleaning charges before, during and after, charged for washing sheets during stay but when requested was advised it did not apply and I would have to pay again despite already being charged (what??), and having a cleaning fee at the end.
