USVery nice unit clean and well presented.
This is a basement apartment with no ceiling fans or air conditioning. Sicily was under a high heat warning and the unit easily reached 85 degrees. There are no views or windows for any breeze at all. The humidity levels were oppressive and as a senior was very unhealthy. We had to vacate the property since it was unhealthy.

GBIt was a very spacious, modern well equipped apartment and it was a 15 minute drive into Cantania.
They were doing work on the steps down to the apartment and we asked them to start the work later or after we left for the airport. They ignored our request and started the work early.
MKGBWe traveled from the airport we would not have found the house if a stranger had not shown the way . The owner walked up the road to meet us. It was about eight o clock in the evening.

PLWell equipped flat, tidy, cozy with separate entrance located in the "basement". Outside there is a lot of place to safely park a car on the street and nice lemon trees in the garden.
In the offer it was written "breakfast included". There was a nice "starter pack" basket with some bread, jams, cookies, tea, juices, milk etc., but it was enough for three days. Maybe I should ask the owner for more, but we have our own groceries or eat out...
USIt was an amazing experience staying at Casa Alessia. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Catania or the surrounding area. Great location and proximity to airport and main highways. Clean facilities and available parking. Extremely kind and welcoming hosts. They answered all of our questions timely and provided great recommendations. One of our favorite places we have stayed in Italy.
