It was very open and in a farm like setup

The staff had to be told repeatedly for things. Breakfast was horrid. Feedback offered was ignored. Too many power cuts and poor power backup. Room was way too hot.

The shower area was leaking and was not successfully concealed, resulting in wetting the full bathroom.

Improper management, air conditioners are not working, WiFi is not working, the tap water is boiling. Only 2 staff doing everything from room service to toilet cleaning to bringing food and water bottles

The location, the concept, the idea - absolutely wonderful. The host was nice as well. The staff really needs some training in how to be more efficient and effective whilst being warm and welcoming at the same time.

Staff was highly incompetent, lazy and completely lost. Electricity kept on coming and going. Breakfast was next to nothing for the price paid.

Big room

Cleanliness not up to standard, needs proper management. Overall felt the property was over priced for what it is.

Rooms are good, price charged is high as compared to other 4 - 5 star hotels, breakfast variety is limited with fixed timings , also they charge for 3 slices of bread.

Need proper management
