Stadler Loft

The host Serena is extremely friendly and easy-going. She's very responsive and willing to accommodate our needs. The place is located in a very quiet neighborhood and we barely heard any noise outside. The location is very convenient since it's just two blocks from a supermarket, a bus stop, and a tobacco shop for bus tickets. You can even just take bus no. 6 to Venezia Santa Lucia directly! The house is newly renovated, so it's not only spacious but also very modern and simplistic. There's a fully functioning kitchen with a fridge, microwave oven, and a washing machine with a dryer. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook yourself some nice meals to save some money, and Serena gets a bottle of red wine for you, too. It's just a pleasant experience.

There minor things. First, there's a stair between the bedroom and the living room, but it's not visually obvious. I think something has to be done to highlight the stair or the visitors are very likely to get hurt. Second, I think the curtains should have a darker color block the light outside the house. in the summer, the sun rises very early in the morning, but as a traveler, I might want to get some more sleep. Finally, you can hear the water flows upstairs inside the bedroom, which could be annoying for people who are easily woke up by all kinds of sounds.

We were surprised by the care and dedication of the host to prepare the place for our arrival. The loft is very well taken care of, with new and very clean rooms. Extra snacks and a bottle of wine were available as a welcome gift. Serena was very detailed on the instructions to access the place, including an awesome list of places to visit and see during our time in Marghera. Access to public transport to Venice is just a few meters away. We recommend catching public transport and then a Vaporetto to take you to Venice. Many restaurants and cafes are around and easy to access. Serena left a few flyers with information for us. In summary, we couldn't recommend any other place other than the Stadler Loft for your stay and easy access to Venice. Thanks Serena.

Great location outside of Venice. Less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop where we can take a bus ride into Venice. Nearby supermarket also about 5 minutes walk from accommodation. There is a kitchen for cooking and washing machine-dryer for laundry. Free parking on-site.

The power tripped on the last morning right before we checked out. It could be because the microwave, oven and AC were used at the same time. We tried restarting the electrical box but it did not work, hence we continued the morning without electricity. The host helped to settle it after we did an early checkout. Apart from this, a very lovely experience :)

A great place to relax. Very quiet, you can't hear cars or people. It's a five minute walk to the bus or tram to Venice. There is a supermarket nearby. The house is wonderful, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We arrived late at night, the host sent us very detailed instructions for the check inn. The apartment is ideally clean! The kitchen has everything for those who love to cook. Thank you for the compliment that awaited us, it was very pleasant. The bedroom has shutters to block out the light. The bed is very comfortable. We received great pleasure from communicating with the host. She answered us very quickly and we received invaluable tips for exploring Venice. Great choice to stay!
