Island Bliss

We really loved our stay at Island Bliss. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, parking, the city centre and everything needed for a stay in Ponta Delgada. The level of cleanliness deserves a special mention. The whole place is extremely well organised, tidy and clearly very well looked after. Our room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels regularly, which we really appreciated. The host was also very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is a modern, comfortable and very well-managed place that feels much more polished than a typical hostel.

The pillow was a little too hard and high for my personal preference, but this is entirely subjective and did not affect our excellent stay.

It was very nice, very comfortable, big. Overall truly excellent, especially for the price.

I never saw a single staff member, but it didn’t really matter. I could communicate via Booking.com and that was enough.

It was my first experience on the hostel and I was surprised how comfortable it was. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hostel is clean, sage and modern.

For hostel experience everything was perfectly fine. Roommates were also quite and respectful to each other

It was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight so weren't sure what to expect. The room was nice & comfortable, big bathroom & a nice powerful shower. Very clean & smelled lovely! Staff super helpful & booked us a taxi to the airport

No issues really but it's close to the road so can be a bit noisy :)

Ficar num beliche superior e a outra cliente ter ligado ar condicionado toda a noite, mesmo depois de lhe dizer.

Very nice room, comfortable bed and shower. Not humid unlike many places in Azores.

The noise isolation of the rooms is quite poor and we got woken up every 5 minutes in the morning with people punching their room codes in. I would suggest decreasing or disabling the sound. Parking in the vicinity of the accommodation is not very straightforward either

Hostel tres récent, très confortable et convivial. Situé dans le centre-ville, les chambres sont grandes, et super bien décorées (exactement comme sur les photos) . Literie très confortable. ménage fait tout les jours par une charmante jeune femme . Les espaces communs sont top : cuisine très bien équipée, salon cosy et petit patio parfaits pour se relaxer et échanger. Tiago à l'accueil est toujours disponible pour conseiller et aider. Il est la cerise sur le gâteau !
