The exterior looks neglected, the swimming pools were not clean

L’appartement était confortable face à l’océan la vue est magnifique ! La piscine est agréable pour nager un peu le matin ou le soir. Le Personnel était disponible pour tout renseignement demandé et ils nous ont proposé plusieurs activités que nous avons faites et que ça valait le coup car superbe!

La salle de bain de la 2eme chambre il manque un miroir et des produits de toilettes. Le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas. Sinon tout était parfait.

Close vicinity to the beach. Close to the centre as well. Plenty of eateries nearby.

The location is great! It's a beachfront apartment with nice sea views from the sitting room and master bedroom. Very easy access to hospitals, restaurants, malls, and main Ukunda shopping area. Easy to organize boatrides. The apartment is spacious enough for a family of 4. Someone comes in to clean every two days.

The AC doesn't work well in the sitting room and the master bedroom, water heating not working, kitchen utensils are too few (there are exactly 4 dinner plates, four bowls, four cups - one of which has a big crack - one has to literally wash the cup or plate after each use). The swimming pools are not well looked after and not cleaned regularly. For two days we couldn't swim because of the algae! A few things that could improve a family's comfort inside the apartment- install wardrobes in the bedrooms, fix the water heating system, add the kitchen utensils and equipment, put bathroom mats to reduce risk of slipping, The apartment block itself is quite run down with broken floor tiles on some of the verandahs, peeling paint, etc, generally not well kempt on the outside.
