Very friendly and helpful hostess. Covered parking for motorcycles. Large clean room, wardrobe with hangars and shelves, nightstand next to bed, large comfortable bed, big windows, curtains that blackout exterior light, hot water with good flow at shower and sink, bright room with multiple light options.

There was apparent coffee stains and toothpaste in the sink. Not soundproof as advertised. Tile floors and open stairwell let whistling, singing and talking carry from reception up to room. Stair climbing, hall walking and door locking was loud in room, but exterior noise not bad. All was quiet after 22:30 so afterward sleep was peaceful. Need a vehicle or 20 minute walk along busy road to Tam Coc center.

A very nice homestay at the entrance to Tam Coc. Room is new, bright white, very very spacious, very clean and includes a/c cooling/ heating system and other facilities. I loved that it was out of the tourist area thus price was much better, and that i could rent a motorbike at a fair price. An, the woman who is in charge, is the nicest woman ever. She was very cordial and caring like a mother, and took care of every special need i had. The whole family is very very nice. I highly recommend this homestay

It was very cold in the room and the A/C did not work for heating

Very clean, new and modern the family were very welcoming. Helped us plan our trip and made sure we didn’t go without. They made sure we had eaten and offered us fruit all the time which was lovley

Nothing, but might have been nice to have a tv in the room but that’s not a big deal
