Les hôtes font en sorte que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Ils sont adorables. Ils peuvent organiser vos déplacements et excursions. Par ailleurs, nous avions pris une pension complète et les repas étaient délicieux, mention spéciale pour le tanjia de boeuf !

The property is close to the airport, which made it a perfect location before an early morning flight. The airport shuttle is indeed free, and it was arranged for us without issue to leave at 4:20 AM. They even prepared breakfast to-go for us. Given that other hotels/riads in the medina charge upwards of 15 euros for an airport shuttle, it made going with this nicer, closer option a no-brainer. The riad itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The bed was easily the most comfortable one we had during our entire trip, and the room was spacious. The bathroom even had a bidet, which I had been sorely missing. The staff were kind and helpful as well. If you are in the middle of our trip and want to explore around the medina, there are of course better options. This is a perfect option if you're coming/going from a flight, however. I really can't recommend it enough if that's what you're looking for

You need to give the riad advanced notice if you want to eat in their restaurant (ie tell them in the morning you want to eat dinner there), which we didn't know. We ended up taking a quick Uber to a lovely restaurant nearby, so it ultimately wasn't a big deal. It would have been nice to know this policy ahead of time to have the option.

The service here was amazing. Our host was kind and truly went above and beyond to help accommodate our early departure and other logistics (he even arranged for us to have a takeaway breakfast before our early flight!). It was great to be walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, and even a pharmacy. We appreciated the airport shuttle and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay near the airport in Marrakech.

Everything seemed like it was on the verge of breaking - shower door, light switches, TV mount. When we arrived, they told us we had to pay a city tax, which was never mentioned in any of their numerous emails prior to arrival, nor was it something mentioned at our other Marrakech hotel. It also wasn’t on our Booking.com confirmation. They eventually said they’d waive it (€5) if we left a good review. We were also never told that dinner had to be requested by 1 PM, and so we had to try to find dinner locally and the restaurants within walking distance were pretty mediocre. Great location if you’re flying in late at night or out early the next morning, but otherwise, there are a lot of other fabulous Riads in Marrakech.
