It was extremely hot in the apartment, to the point that we started feeling unwell. Despite the size of the apartment, there were only two fans provided, and we had asked for more, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive any. The temperature outside was 36°C, and it reached 32°C inside, which was very uncomfortable. We felt very uncomfortable during our stay. I tried to contact Angelika multiple times, but she didn’t respond, even though I repeatedly asked for an additional fan. She didn’t seem to care at all. I also reported that the kitchen tap was very loose, and she said a technician would come, but no one ever showed up.
