I was able to check-in early fortunately and was invited to sit in this really nice kitchen/hang-out area while waiting for the final cleaning touches for early check-in. Wifi was exceptional, the place was quiet, about 10mins scooter to the heart of Seminyak. Away from main streets so was no disruptions. Teas etc were provided in the room, it had a fridge, shampoo + conditioner + soap, it had a nice courtyard area as well with only three? other villa rooms in the private area. Lots of green which was great. Really happy and exceptional value for money.

"The bathroom needs a makeover."

The room is clean.

The property's location is not within convenient walking distance of Seminyak's centre. The bathroom requires renovation; specifically, the shower hose holder is broken, hot water is unavailable, and the bathroom door is non-functional.

Having a kitchen with all utensiles to cook, if you plan to live long it can be best option. They have rent moto and car facility too.
