Quarto duplo

Excellente communication et réactivité de la part de notre hôte qui nous a reçu dans un autre logement que celui que nous avions initialement réservé en raison d'un problème de plomberie, tout en respectant le secteur et le type d'hébergement que nous souhaitions. L'emplacement dans le centre historique de la ville était idéal pour découvrir Lisbonne à pieds et sortir le soir dans le Bairro Alto. Grand appartement composé de 3 chambres, partagé avec d'autres hôtes (que nous avons à peine croisé), ce qui nous convient très bien car nous sortions du matin au soir et n'attendions aucun service (petit déjeuner, recommandations, taxi...) de la part de notre hébergement.

Les sommeils plus légers craindront probablement les ventilations qui soufflent en permanence dans la cour exigue sur laquelle donne la chambre.

A localização para mim não foi a minha opção principal...tendo em conta que há dezenas de alojamentos do género na área. No entanto todas eles, pelo menos os que visitei online não cumprem com muitos requisitos fundamentais para o mínimo de comodidade. Tendo em conta que a maioria foram recuperações de edifícios do modo geral muito degradados e por vezes de difícil adaptação para este género de negócio é por isso muitos acabam por não cumprir com o mínimo de condições e muitas delas faceis de cumprir. Não basta recuperar paredes, chão, alguns melhoramentos e pintar....por vezes bastam coisas muito simples que tb cativam as pessoas. Neste Alojamento por exemplo além do que já tem de razoável como a cozinha equipada para se poder cozinhar em condições, a sala de estar, não chega. Temos coisas mais simples e até de pequeno investimento. Má identificação no exterior. Falta de Iluminação na escada de acesso...tive que utilizar a luz de telemóvel para subir escadas até 3 andar. No quarto, falta espelho, quarto pequeno para duplo, janela para traseira com barulho de ventiladores e outros motores. Garrafa de água inaquada...Bastava uma garrafa de 1.5lts de plastico...papel higienico do mais básico. Gel de banho quase vazio e misturado com água e nunca foi mudado. Toalhas para 5 dias sem troca... Obviamente nem tudo foi mau mas para o preço poderia ser melhor. O que foi bom em relação ao preço foi muito pouco. Tenho pen̈a mas não voltarei...além de ter que pagar taxas da cidade depois de eu ter feito reserva. Não faz sentido depois de eu fazer a reserva e pagar, exigirem que pagasse mais 20€ de taxa da cidade. Por vezes são estes pequenos/grandes pormenores que faz a diferença.

Very well located near everything.

The location was amazing and so was the room. The WiFi worked ok and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean.

To start of: when I booked it was arvertised as a full apartment to rent. The day after I booked or the 2nd day after, the name was changed to "double room with shared bathroom". From reading the description of the accommodation, it still sounds like you are renting a full 30 square meters apartment. You are, but you are sharing the common spaces and the bathroom. I couldn't cancel it because they have a no cancellation policy. Finding the building was very easy. The whole experience of finding the key was a complete and utter nightmare. That took like 1 hour. They have the key lockbox on the 2nd floor and the apartment is in the 3rd. The cell reception in the building is very bad, so trying to send a video, picture or having a video call didn't really work. I called the host 6 or 7 times till I finally found the dumb lockbox and keys. After all this crap, to discover they left the wrong keys, they didn't open the apartment door or the door to the room. I called the host for the millionth time, and he kept saying the Keyes were supposed to have yellow tags(spoiler alert: they didn't). Finally he said someone that was already in the apartment will open the door and give us the right keys. That took another 7-10 minutes. After we got in, everything was fine, but everything that led to it was a DISASTER.
