The location is good - easy access to restaurants and convenience stores. Place was clean especially the bathroom! Great water pressure and the heater was working. The room was also spacious and the staff was really helpful and polite. Overall, great place to stay in.

Bedding was comfortable.

Climb two flights of stairs to get to lobby with no assistance, front desk associate was half asleep, the expensive room we checked into had no amenities including no refrigerator/microwave. When asked, we were moved to a larger room with a refrigerator, however were charged an additional 2800 pesos for the stay ($60.00). I wanted to leave the hotel immediately due to numerous other failures, but due to Booking.com’s no refund policy, I was unable to. Will never go there again.
