Quand nous sommes arrivée notre réservation n’avait pas été prise en compte par hôtel.com. Le gérant a été très gentil nous a expliqué comment procéder dans ce genre de situation et nous a toute suite proposé une chambre. La chambre était très simple mais suffisant pour la nuit, le seul problème nous n’avons pas réussi à avoir d’eau chaude.
