PTThe location was amazing! Furthermore there are a few cats living in the hotel that are very cute and friendly. The bathroom of the bedroom was very cute and there was a bug net around the bed.
There was no hot water :(
DEI do not recommend the homestay. It is very close to Selong Belanak beach, which is very good. You can hire a scooter, which you need because it is very lonely there.
The single room I stayed in, had no terrace and is very old. You get the feeling that the floor will cave in at any time. The fan is also very loud. In the morning you wake up to the loud mosque. All in all, I felt very uncomfortable there and was glad when I moved on.

AURight by the beach. Staff were lovely. Lots of cute cats. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Quite a walk to town where the restaurants are. I recommend getting a scooter. You can rent from the hotel but it was quite old, there are lots of hills around here so we went into town and hired one with more cc. We stayed here to learn to surf on the beginner wave, though this wave is for children only. I’d recommend if you were a family with kids. Big rooms but quite expensive for what you get. No hot water. Mozzie galore, sliding doors don’t shut completely and gaps in walls mean lots of lizard friends.

AUDEThe place is run down (i.e. Single light bulp hanging from the ceiling, so you dont want to spend more time inside than absolutely necessary - not ideal if it rains for hours), sheets were dirty, extremely noisy in the night. I left after one night although i had booked and paid for 4 nights. Do yourself a favour and pay a little more for a nice place
GBThe room was nice, the bed & pillows were comfortable. The outdoor bathroom added some character. The location was very close to a beach that's good for surfing lessons. The outdoor area was cute with a hammock. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, getting us to the port when leaving and helping me with my bags.
Unfortunately there was no Aircon so it was very hot. There also wasn't much variety for shops in the area.
