The lady at the front reception was exceptionally polite and very helpful and supportive.

The front office man who is on night duty was very rude in behavior. He did not know how to behave with customers especially when the customer is with his family. Although my booking was confirmed with three adults and one child aged 17 years old through booking .com he forced us to book another room in the morning to accommodate the child. Later the lady came in the morning and resolved the issue.. Also please note during my entire stay there were a lot of issues like night time the water tank gets empty and you are left with no water. The power supply keeps going on and off the entire night. The main door locks are damaged and none of the keys are working.. The bathroom has a stinking smell all day long.
