We visit the Vinitaly every year and this year we booked a bit outside Verona, it turned out to be great, as after a busy crazy day you come to a stylish tranquil place who gives you peace! To the centre of Verona it’s only 20 minutes!

This place is a true gem! The villa has been beautifully restored, preserving the original frescoes and some of the furniture while adding a touch of modernity and comfort. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. With only two rooms available, tranquility is guaranteed. Mornings by the pool, completely secluded from the rest of the house, were a real pleasure. Marcello was an excellent host, providing us with fantastic recommendations for dining and cocktails in Verona—insider tips that only a true local could offer. We can’t wait to return.

It’s really hard to find the right words. Because this vacation was more than special. The building with all the history is unique and on top of that, the warmest people we have ever met live there. Marcello and Bianca made our stay incredibly special. They are warm and extremely friendly and their hospitality made us feel at home. Every morning we had delicious bread with super good Prosciutto, Marmelade and fresh fruit, e.g. fresh figs straight from their own garden. We also had the opportunity to try the delicious eggs from their own chickens. And of course they have coffee there! They both gave us very good recommendations for Verona and were extremely helpful all the time! The whole building has just been renovated. And with a lot of passion. It has been done up with so much style and yet it still fits in with this incredible landscape and surroundings. It's super quiet there and you can relax so well. There is a great pool surrounded by many beautiful olive trees and absolute peace and quiet! Nevertheless, you can be in Verona in 15 to 20 minutes. In addition to the really beautiful accommodation, Marcello also has his own winery there. We have never had such good wine. If you book this accommodation, you absolutely have to do a wine tasting. You can learn so much and have the chance to taste this really delicious wine. We have never found it so hard to leave a place. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. Because this accommodation with these special people is truly unique and we are so grateful to have been there!

Everything is perfect and so much more! Marcello built this place with his heart, guts and soul. His passion for his family estate and his wine makes him worth the stay alone. The rooms are both comfy and design and the pool was perfect, makes you feel at home. We did the wine tasting and had local cold cuts, cheese and truffles hunted by his neighbors’ dog. As a tourism professional on three continents, I recommend you book this place which was the absolute highlight of our Italian trip as it will soon be impossible to book due to its very obvious to foresee success! And yes, his wine is great too!

The fact we had to leave

We spent three nights at this beautifully renovated winery, which has just opened, and loved every moment. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the refreshing pool. Marcello and Bianca, the wonderful hosts, were incredibly friendly and generous. They provided great local tips, booked restaurants for us, and Marcello gave us a fantastic wine tasting and tour of the winery. The location is good, with easy access to Verona. Highly recommended—hope to visit again soon!
