beautiful room, very clean (which was a relief since our previous stay in a different city was horrible), comfortable bed, easy communication, flexible (much appreciated), very welcoming, great location, in love with the bathroom :)

Whoever arrived in the evening was very loud, that's not necessarily the owners fault, however we could hear the neighbours watching tv (and sneezing lol), the walls are very thin but this is very general I guess (since we experienced the same elsewhere) so better bring earplugs.

.Location is around 20-25 minutes from Piazza Magiore (city center). Área looks secure; however, street lighting is not adequate in certain places.

The furniture and overall accommodation is good; however, the lift is small and we need to take 2 trips while carrying luggage. There was only one replacement of towels for the 7 nights we spent. No cleaning service.

The room was clean, close to the center in a nice neighborhood. The beds were confortable

Room was clean and decent. Good for short stay.
