AUThe rooms are simply stunning with amazing views of the ocean and great snorkelling directly out front at high tide. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
The second bedroom was further away from the main bedroom/living area than I thought it would be making it a bit tricky with younger kids. The roads from the villas to town/airport are in poor condition so you need to drive quite slowly.
AUAUWonderful beach location with very easy access to snorkelling right out the front of the property. Comfortable and clean bed. The outside shower was nice but could do with a soap dish. The bread, butter jam and fruit on arrival was a thoughtful touch. Nice to have a washing machine.
The dishwasher is not very effective. You really need a hire car as its a bit remote to shops and restaurants. There are local hotel restaurants but we did not enjoy these. Three Pigs nearby is recommended.
AUIt was thoughtfully set up and attention to detail was superb. The staff were helpful and a delight to engage with. We enjoyed the privacy, the facilities, the pool, and the quiet surrounds.
AUEverything. This place is as good as accommodation gets. Sarah and Winnie were lovely, always available but not intrusive in any way. The location is mesmerizingly beautiful, the villa was perfect. Great kitchen set up, lovely private pool, comfy beds. Everything you could need for a great, relaxing stay. The snorkeling at your front door is world class - parrot fish in schools, lion fish, spectacular coral. So much more than I have time here to describe.

AUAUAUThe property was perfectly located on the water front. We enjoyed snorkelling out the front of our villa. When we arrived there was everything we needed, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay at Kooyu Villas and we are eager to come back.
