I do not ever write reviews but this getaway warranted a review. To start; the property owners Massimo and Simona are exceptionally lovely. Very friendly, warm and welcoming and full of helpful tips for a fabulous stay. The location is perfect for its proximity to Capoliveri. It is a short, all be it steep walk to yummy restaurants and great shops. Simona recommended a restaurant called Gallo Nero which had the best fried calamari/veggies we have ever had, among other local dishes. And it provides SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the sea, sunsets and village. The view doesn't end when the sun goes down because all of the village lights come on and it's still Amazing! We enjoyed the spacious veranda for aperitivo every day at sunset and then walked to the village for dinner. We also took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and stayed in one night cook and play games. Bathroom is ample and the bed is very comfortable. We had several sunny days and then a storm swept in so the ferries were canceled. Simona made us welcome for an extra day and we were able to depart today no problem. Trust the pictures! No, It is actually even more beautiful. We have been traveling for 2 weeks; to Prague, Tuscany and then to Isola d'Elba. We agree that our favorite accommodation out of all was Sunset Suite.

Beautiful appartment with an amazing view! Perfect place for exploring the area around Capoliveri and enjoying the sunset on the wonderful front porche. Very friendly hosts!
