"Overall, the place is beautiful and the staff are very good."

6.0

The size of our room as well as the beds was very good . We were very comfortable.

1.The restaurant closes as early as 8PM. 2.The bar also closes as early as 9PM. 3.When we got there and our daughter wanted to take a swim by the pool,we were told we couldn’t go there because there were some people having a meeting from the pool area and we had to wait for the meeting to be concluded. But by the time the meeting was finished,it was already late and she couldn’t swim. 4.The water was disconnected at some point and we had to leave as early as 7AM,therefore,we left without taking a shower. 5.There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area though they havey offer mosquito repellent and bug spray in the rooms.

"It was good"

6.0

The fact that I paid way more as a Lusaka resident just because I made a reservation through booking.com. If I knew I wasn't going to pay that much. The place is nice yes, I can even come back, but to pay so much when I could have paid half was exploitation.

"Well worth staying at if you are in Lusaka"

10.0

Idyllically located on the outside of Lusaka close to the airport and not far from the CBD down the great eastern Rd. Maintaining the classic thatch roof and quaintness that is safari houses. Impala roam freely around the property making you forget that you are so near a busy capital city. The food was exceptional, a master chef preparing several dishes including vegetarian and vegan. The staff friendly, polite and professional.

The road is a challenge and can put you off if you are not familiar with driving on dirt roads. Also do not trust Google maps. It takes you down some interesting dead ends trying to get to the resort.

"Staff is the best!"

9.0

Staff was just super! Beautifull surroundings. Playground. Swimmingpool. Nice food. Electricity and wifi was always working. Nice campfire in the evening. Impala's walking over the campsite. Security is patroling all night. Just wonderfull!

If really have to point out something: little fridge in the lodge would have been nice. Shower was not all that. But anything you need help with the staff will fix for you.

"Got potential"

6.0

The camp was very well laid out. Being in the bush was lovely - lots of birds and a very pleasant view from the dinning area. The food was very good - perhaps not the best presentation wise but it was very tasty. The beds were comfortable and the staff were cheerful and friendly. We were delighted to find a herd of impala, first during a walk on the farm (a nice easy stroll down the road) and then in the camp the next morning.

Reception was not expecting us when we arrived despite having a confirmed booking and corresponding with the manager. In our first chalet we had to run all the cold taps to get the old brown water out of them, and then we had no hot water. After a night without hot water, and the room not being made up the next day (we had dashed out with our key - but thought they would have a master key to gain access for house keeping) we were not very happy! However we were moved to a new chalet which did have hot water for our second night. The unusual baths had attracted my attention but they were not very inviting with peeling paint. The road to the camp is a rough dirt road, but it was well sign posted. This resort has a lot of potential but must pay attention to the finer details - it was certainly too expensive for what was on offer.
