USOur overall experience was exceptional from start to finish. The moment our Uber pulled up to the hotel, the staff were already there to open the door, help with our bags, and offer us drinks while asking how our flight was. Check-in was fast and smooth, and from there everything just kept getting better. The room itself is absolutely beautiful — honestly looks even better in person than in the photos. The water pressure is amazing, the mattress is super comfortable, and the pillows are perfect. You can tell every little detail has been thought through. Highly recommend!

GBWe loved it so much that we stayed twice during our trip! The rooms are beautiful, with a lovely terrace and felt like a real escape from the busy city. The area is beautiful, safe and surrounded by the best restaurants and bars. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff were all so friendly. We had a mix up with our accommodation and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, we are so grateful! The breakfast was also unreal, get the yogurt!

USThe location was fantastic - really easy to get around from the central spot in the city. The staff were very helpful - we primarily interacted with Ian who provided dinner recommendations for us.
The city got a ton of rain one day we were visiting, and since we were on the 4th floor with uncovered balconies, and water got into our room in two spots (through hardwood and on tile). We notified the staff. The two common areas in the hotel were both restaurants. One added a currency conversion fee to the total cost in pesos.
