The location was excellent—very close to everything while still being quiet and calm for rest and sleep. The apartment is ideally situated near San Matteo, roughly a 10-minute walk. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The kitchen was very well equipped, and all major appliances functioned as expected. The surrounding neighbors and locals were friendly, respectful, and quiet, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. For a stay of one to two weeks, this apartment would be an outstanding choice.

The Wi-Fi connection was very inconsistent, and there was no usable cell signal inside the apartment. Several items were not functional during our stay, including the TV in the kitchen/living area, the iron, and the bathroom exhaust fan. Throughout our month-long stay, the apartment remained persistently humid, and despite regular ventilation and use of the HVAC dry setting, we were unable to fully reduce moisture levels. Over time, this resulted in repeated mold growth inside the bedroom closet, making it unsuitable for storing clothing or luggage. While this may be less noticeable on shorter stays, the humidity became increasingly challenging during a longer visit.
