La villa est encore plus grande et plus belle que sur les photos ! Très propre, bien équipée et avec une superbe piscine privée, elle offre un confort total. Un énorme plus : le propriétaire est d’une réactivité exceptionnelle, toujours disponible et à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Un vrai coup de cœur, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Todo! El alojamiento es incluso mejor q en las fotos. La piscina es perfecta, a la casa no le falta detalle. Paul nos recibió y explicó todo lo q teníamos disponible en la casa (cocina, toallas, lavadora…) Nos avisó q al día siguiente vendrían a limpiar la piscina pero al chico ni lo escuchamos, fue muy respetuoso. Esta cerca d caros puntos de interés q se pueden hacer caminando. Sin duda recomiendo al 100%

"Great sized villa for 2-6 people, clean and well appointed"

Great space, pool, TV, all facilities as stated were available. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the villa. Hosts greeting, key handover and arrival communication - excellent. Convenience store within walking distance as well as some eateries and coffee shops within 15 minutes walk. Otherwise you need a car or scooter to see the sights from this location. (Beware - we saw more scooter crashes and a car accidents in Koh Samui in one week than any past visit to Asian destinations...)

Nothing significant. Unfortunately a bit of construction noise at the rear of the property (July 25) until late at night and the odd village dog at all hours late pm and early am (obviously not under the hosts control). Similar properties we have stayed in provide some water, tea, coffee, small milk to kick off your stay before you stock up the fridge.

Вилла расположена очень удобно, на ровнине, что на Самуи редко. в паре минут от дороги. Рядом магазин со всем необходимым. На вилле очень чисто, есть всё необходимое для жизни. В реальности места больше, чем на фото, бассейн большой. Хозяин Пол, отличный, парень, проблем с ним никаких не возникало. На все вопросы сразу же отвечает. Обязательно вернёмся сюда ) Спасибо )

Everything was fine, it is better to have transport in this location, like everywhere on Samui.
