Facilities and pool were very clean. The best part of Inori Villas is Agus and his team - super helpful, very nice and approachable (always smiling). There's a night security guard to watch over villas so felt super safe with the grab drivers. I forgot a pair of shoes there and Agus was super kind enough to send it back to me. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We'll be back! :)

Found off food in the freezer

The villas are exactly as pictured (although pool is slightly smaller) but perfect size for a stay of 4-5. The staff were so accomodating to us, and set up another bed so it was super cosy and comfortable, so a big thank you! And we always we felt safe and secure.

It’s a little out from the main areas, but this was also lovely as it was really quiet, nothing too concerning just a 5-10 min scooter to get anywhere.

Brand new villa , all the appliances are new which is amazing especially considering the fact that we are in the Bali. Also, the owner is really helpful and friendly, will help you with all your questions and small troubles. We didn’t have hot water, wrote our concern and it was fixed immediately. Totally worth it!

Only tiny minus is the swimming pool. It’s little and the stones are slippery

The property looks exactly like the photos, The staff were friendly and quick to respond to our concerns, but unfortunately, this wasn't enough to offset the issues we faced.

Our recent stay at the villa was quite disappointing. Firstly, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The villa wasn't properly cleaned, and we encountered several hygiene issues during our stay. Like ants on the kitchen top, sink having dead insects and toilets being dirty on arrival. Additionally, there was a safe, but it was already locked and unusable, which made us uneasy about leaving our valuables unattended. We also noticed that there was no microwave in the kitchen (the ad mentions there is microwave), when asked the staff they advised it’s currently not available. Moreover, the electricity went out for two hours at night, and there were no candles provided or a backup generator, leaving us completely in the dark. To make matters worse, the rooms smelled like cigarettes when we entered, which was very unpleasant and unexpected.
