Swank Boutique Suites

Very cute room, simple but nice decorations. Small kitchenette with cookware, 2 burners and dishes for 2 people. Refrigerator in good working condition and the freezer was able to freeze our ice block for our cooler. Hot water pot and coffee maker available. Patio chairs on the private deck, plus a community courtyard with patio chairs was lovely.

The toilet paper was in back of the toilet, so a difficult stretch to reach it . A separate standup toilet paper holder in front or on the side of the toilet would be easier to reach. This room was not advertised as being ADA compliant, yet had a ramp. The ramp was rather steep, I guess for rolling a suitcase. A longer ramp would be less steep and would be easier and safer especially for people with ankle, knee and hip issues. Stairs were also available. The tub was a bit deep, and did not have a rubber mat.

I always love staying here. It’s a quick walk to downtown. Nice landscaping. Everything is always very clean. Love that we can bring our puppy. Communication through text is easy with staff.

It was a very unique suite! Loved the quaintness of the room!!

The casita was very conveniently located 1 block from a large supermarket and a 10 minute walk to downtown Ashland. The king bed was very comfortable and the unit was very nicely appointed. I would definitely stay here again.
