Staff were very friendly & helpful. The place is in-between two streets, so make sure you know where it is beforehand, as it's a bit difficult to find. The beds were too hard for us, but staff were wonderful & gave us extra blankets to put under us to make it softer. It was very cold, so they also gave us a heater, which we needed. The shower water pressure wasn't that good & we had to ask to have the shower heater turned back on, but everything else was great!
