Zara Apartments Marrakech

L'emplacement est idéal. Nous avions l'habitude de partir dans la Medina mais Gueliz est plus animé le soir, ce qui rend l'endroit un peu plus bruyant mais c'est supportable. L'appartement est spacieux, ideal pour 4 personnes. Literie agréable, cuisine bien équipée pour les personnes souhaitant manger dans l'appartement, vue agréable sur le bld Mohamed V et l'Atlas en arrière plan. Très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement sans hésitation.

Good district , somewhat close to Medina and Koutubia ( 15-20 minutes of walk ).

Unfortunately , we had to wait for about 30 minutes to be checked in . There was nobody at the reception desk when we arrived.

Le personnel reactive super sympa .l emplacement en ville super .double vitrage sa cest top .Machine a cafe tres bien.

Très bien placé. Amabilité du personnel (concierge, personnel de ménage). Bien décoré, spacieux. Literie confortable.

Peu d'équipements et ustensiles de cuisine. Fenêtres et volets qui ne ferment pas entièrement. Des rideaux opaques seraient bien utiles dans les chambres.

Nothing much to like about the property .

The property was very run down. Had a host of problems. 1. A/C didn't work in the living room. Only the A/C in the bedroom worked. And that too had a broken switch which had to be manually pressed to turn it on. 2. Bathroom was not clean. The cleaners had left behind the mop and broom. 3. There was no shower gel or soap in the bathroom. 4. Water didn't drain well in the shower. 5. Due to the apartment being close to a major intersection, there was a lot of noise at night making it difficult to sleep. 6. There was light pollution as well. Bright street lights and LCD screens from streets came into one of the bedroom with just a thin curtain and no blinders. With extremely difficult to sleep in the bright light. Overall, a very poor Accomodation. Really surprised how it was rated that high. I think it was artificially inflated.
