I am very disappointed with the customer service and the way my situation was handled. Unfortunately, I was denied boarding for my flight and therefore could not arrive at the hotel. I contacted the hotel regarding my reservation, but I was not offered any flexibility or understanding. I understand the cancellation policy, however this situation was beyond my control. As a customer, I expected more empathy and support. Because of this experience, I would appreciate at least a partial refund or some form of compensation. I hope the hotel can reconsider my case and improve the way guests are treated in unexpected situations like this

La ubicación no estaba mal, pero la limpieza dejó mucho a desear. El baño estaba insalubre, se notaba que no es limpio hace tiempo, tenía costras en la ducha, estaba simplemente asqueroso todo el baño. Lo único que estaba limpio eran las sábanas. No recomiendo.
