We loved our stay at Villa Conrad. It was quiet and far away enough from the main hotel to feel exclusive and cosy yet could still use the facilities like the pool at the hotel metropole. The room was beautiful, had everything we needed for a 4 night stay, we also were able to request a steamer for our room to steam our clothes. We had a WONDERFUL breakfast everyday hosted by Giuseppe who was an absolute delight, he taught us Italian, made us coffees and was always happy to see us early in the morning. I highly recommend a stay here, we would happily return.

We would have loved some beach towels in our room (however we didn’t enquire for any so I’m sure they would have provided some if we asked)

Mancanza totale di attenzione non solo ai dettagli ma soprattutto alle richieste specifiche: necessità di un ferro da stiro espressamente richiesto in anticipo senza successo (oltre al fatto che per la tariffa molto salata viene offerto solo uno steamer e/o servizio a pagamento di stiratura, incredibile), così come accoglienza all’arrivo, così come richiesta per ben 3 notti di un doppione delle chiavi mai arrivato.
