"Great location but poor quality accommodation"

The location is excellent. Being so close to the lagoon and located right in the jungle was great. It wasn’t far to drive to beautiful beaches and places of interest. The gardens are gorgeous. The house was spacious and had plenty of beds and bathrooms.

It didn’t feel like it had been updated for years. Lots of the equipment was broken or poor quality and the host blamed us or previous guests for damage. Many of the facilities in the listing didn’t work or weren’t available- hot tub and tv’s broken. No washing machine or tumble dryer. This property is not wheelchair accessible. The toilets and oven broke. The host did come and repair some things when we reported them but we didn’t want the inconvenience of daily complaints and communication on holiday.
