Voss Resort self-service apartments

Beautiful area that overlooks town. Place was updated and nice. Spacious inside with parking outside.

I didn't realize when I booked this that I had to pay $22/ person for bedding and towels. I've never encountered this before and for the price I paid for 1 night, it should be included. The price did includ cleaning, which it should, but then still asked me to take trash to dumpster, remove all bedding, wash dishes, etc... NO laundry soap, no amenities, no restaurants nearby... pretty location, but not easy to get to what you want. I would've been better off in a hotel or an Airbnb that included everything.

The bed sheets were dirty Curtains wt bedroom was not shedding the light enough and we couldn’t sleep well as the light on our eyes

The location is great but the information on the Voss Resort website could be better. The apartment was well equipped and the views were beautiful.

The communication about the key and getting to the resort could have been better. We wasted money on the gondola, only to find out that we needed to take a taxi from the train station. Paying for linen and towels is unnecessary, especially since the quality is quite poor. Just include it in the price of the accommodation and fit it to the beds when guests arrive. We also had a mix up because we were given the wrong key and since reception was closed early due to it being Christmas Eve, we struggled to get settled when we arrived. This could all have been avoided if the linen was already fitted since we had booked it a few days in advance.
