Hotel Lakend

The stay at the hotel was wonderful. Clean rooms, sumptuous food and great location. But, the post-stay behaviour of the hitel staff has been abysmal

We stayed at Hotel Lakend from 6-10 December. Although our stay was wonderful, we have been facing a serious issue with the Lakend staff since our departure. Unfortunately during our checkout on 10 December, my wife forgot her coat and some Jewelery in the hotel room (146). We were promptly called by the hotel staff, that some items were found in the room. They shared photos of the item over Whatsapp. They assured us that our items will be couriered to our residence in Delhi. We shared our local addresss details. It has now been 6 days since our departure. The hotel staff has not couriered our items, nor provided us any reasons for delay. I have been following up with Hotel staff on a daily basis, but to no avail. The apathy of the hotel and its staff has been shocking.

Maintenance of property is not good. Reception area walls have stains and metal is worn out. Needs replacement Shower area/ Bath tub tiles were dirty. Spiders across the balconies

Location is great next to Lake. Breakfast was really nice.

Staff service and lack of professionalism. Room amenities were very poor. Not upto the mark on the price.

Breakfast and staff of kitchen are also good reception staff little wired you have to more communicational staff at reception to good impression.
