Skyline Deck

Camerele mari, amenajate cu gust, confort si curatenie ok.

Apartamentul este situat intr-o zona unde se construieste iar zgomotul dimineata este deranjant, si praful. Terasa apartamentului, desi e mare si generoasa /ofertanta, este minim amenaja, fara un pic de verdeata/plante.

Clean. Nice decoration. Location is perfect. Easy check in once we had found the property. I had checked into another property next door and when I got to it there was terrible noise so I immediately tried to find a new property and Skyline Deck is the one I found. They were so helpful and I was able to get in quickly.

The second bedroom is a sofa bed not a real bed and it wasn’t bad but not great. The could do with a shower curtain in main bathroom.

Clean and comfortable place. Good view and great for a family with children. Main bedroom has its own separate bathroom which is very convenient.

The building is definitely newer and modern. It was very nice, including the front lobby. The lobby has two elevators and also stairs. Both of those are very close to this apartment. The stairs literally lead to the front door. The apartment was beautiful! Located on the first floor it was very clean and spacious which is exactly what we were looking for. Having two bathrooms was so convenient. The one with the tub is within the master bedroom, the other with the shower and washing machine is right next to the living room. The location was also good and about 10-15 minutes walking distance to two of the larger grocery stores Auchan and Kauflaund. Even closer, about 5 minutes away there is a small ABC convenient store where you can get essentials if you don't feel like walking to the bigger stores. Right in front of the building there is also a tram station. After arriving, we realized we really could use a vacuum and needed a key fob for the garbage gate which is locked so only residents can access it. The owners were very responsive and we had both of those within a day. The large deck like balcony is a gem! I would imagine for families with kids it would be an absolute life saver. We used it every day!

I still rated this apartment a 10 because it was so nice, but there were a few things we noticed. This was really not something the owners could control...but the apartment was facing the back of the building and there was some sort of construction going on. It was not too bad or noisy but that is the view we had. Also, the water would leak out of the shower, I would definitely recommend putting a towel on the floor right as you step into the shower, it helps with keeping the water under control. The windows and doors were missing the screens. This looked like a freshly finished apartment so I think they just haven't got around to it yet. However, to our surprise we did not have issues with mosquitoes or flies.
