Super clean, great location, good checkin process and very quick and helpful responses

Our room was too hot, the ceiling fan didn’t work well. The noise from the road just outside the window was loud!

Beautiful view of the stars at night, and well taken care of bedrooms and overall space. Very safe and very private. Jarquin taught me some Spanish and showed me around. Right near everything including the market, cool people and great time.

The room, the kitchen and the bathroom were clean, very nicely made. It was really nice staying. And the shower, the shower was amazing. After 4 months in Mexico I had finally a proper shower.

Just some nights were a bit harder because of the noice from the street. The windows have no seals so you can hear pretty much from the street.

Simple room with anything you need. Stuff was very friendly and willing to help. Good location with bus station within walking distance. Easy check in.

I think this place is still under the development and the terrace needs some work. It is located on quite a busy street so the room can be noisy.

Conveniently located near Oaxaca plaza and Mercados

Water heater was a little tricky to figure out.

The room was good and the bed comfortable. The kitchen has everything that I needed. With the instructions from the owner and a little bit time the water in the shower was super hot.

It is super loud because it is directly at a busy road. But after 2 nights I got used to it.

Everything was good about the place. Great location, comfy room and bed.

The only downside was the shower wasn’t very hot or powerful.

Really friendly and welcoming staff, good communication and owner was quick replying to messages, a well equipped kitchen with everything you need (and filter water), and lots of little bits of decor here and there. The walk to Oaxaca centre really isn't too far

The place is not at all clear from the outside, look for no. 209 up high on the wall of the street. Only one shared bathroom between all private and dorm rooms, however they are still building it out and the second was being made while we were there. Our private room only had one plug socket hidden near the bed, a bit inconvenient
