Check in at another property at 11.30 at night.Toilet not enclosed. Have to collect the hairdryer and iron from the check in building 2 blocks away!!!!

We had booked a different hotel and got a different one

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. Check In was in a completely different building, which I wasn’t informed about in advance. I arrived after midnight and didn’t even get the key. Someone had to accompany me, which felt strange. The next day I had to return the key, again to the other building, about 500-600 meters away. I went there, but no one was at the reception and no one answered the phone. Very poor service. The room was loud, the bathroom had no door (toilet included), and the towels were yellowish, not clean white. Overall, a bad experience and not worth the money.

Location, cleanliness and staff

Toilet 🚽 inside the room without walls around it! Never seen something like they and they don’t show it in the pics! They only show you the shower but it’s all inside the room.
